BOPA FILMS
Lamination Foils
We offer aluminum bare foils ranging from 5.3 microns to 36 microns for numerous applications. DC and CC foils for lamination are carefully produced on German machines. Various alloys including 1235, 8079 can be supplied. We also keep running sizes in our local stocks to help our customers in the Middle East to meet urgent requirements on first come first served basis. Foils are acquired from top producers – who are known for excellent quality and prompt deliveries.
Semi Rigid Container Foils
We deal in lubricated and bare foils ranging from 38 microns to 180 microns in alloys 3003/8011 and tampers H22 – H24 are supplied for disposable aluminium containers to our customers located in Europe and the Middle East. Our foils are widely used in specific products such as heavy-duty steam tables for American markets and low weight containers usually used in Africa and other areas in Indian sub-continent. Our sources are selected from the best in this field.
House Hold rolls Foil
Aluminum foils in sizes, 290mm, 300mm, 440mm and 450mm ranging in thickness starting from 10 micron to 24 microns. Generally, we offer alloy 8011 and O tamper suitable for food contact and are packed carefully to avoid contamination. Foil is one side bright and other side dull having, 76mm or 152 mm inner core dia to suit the rewinding equipment. Smooth winding of jumbo rolls results in uniform small roll converting at higher speeds.
